Spring fever gotcha wanting to upgrade the boat? Need to sell the one ya got?

1st impressions are everything... So, here's 7 tips to help put your boat's best foot forward.

1. TUNE-UP THAT ENGINE!

Make sure it has clean oil and filters and that it's running great. This is one of the most important (and MOST EXPENSIVE) parts of your boat, so make sure it's water ready!!

2. MAKE NEEDED REPAIRS

4. DECLUTTER

Chances are you've accumulated a lot of "junk in the trunk"... so clean out storage compartments of personal and unnecessary items. One man's trash is NOT ALWAYS another man's treasure!

5. TAKE GREAT PHOTOS...

and lots of them! Get as many quality shots as you can, from all different angles, and get up close and personal to highlight your boat's best features.

AND FINALLY...

7. REMOVE WANTED UPGRADES

Consider removing aftermarket upgrades if you want to keep them for the new boat. If potential buyers see them on the boat, they'll expect them to be part of the sale.
